You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us at fred@vibecheckstudio.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Setup fees are non-refundable once installation work has begun. If no work has started, a full refund may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase.
We aim to deliver installed services within 72 hours of payment confirmation, subject to receiving necessary access credentials from the client. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the client's existing infrastructure.
SEO services (PageVitamin) typically show initial results within 3 to 6 months of installation. We do not guarantee specific traffic or ranking outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control including search engine algorithms.

All code, systems and methodologies developed by VibecheckStudio remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the installed services on your website for the duration of your subscription.
You retain full ownership of your website content and data.
Our ChatBot and PageVitamin services use artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude API) to generate responses and content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content published on your website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VibecheckStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We aim to maintain service availability at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur. We will endeavour to notify clients of planned downtime in advance.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tarbes, France, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
